The Gift Voucher Shop launched in Ireland in 2002 through a strategic partnership
with An Post. Founded by entrepreneur Michael Dawson and with 550 retail partners
on board from day one, we immediately introduced a new way of gifting; consumers no longer needed to travel to a particular store or shopping centre to buy a gift voucher, they now had the widest choice available to them at their local Post Office.
In 2004 we launched the One4all Multi-store Gift Voucher in Ireland. This was an immediate success and revolutionised the Irish gift voucher market. A launch in Malta and Gozo in conjunction with Maltapost followed and then in 2005 we partnered with Post Office Ltd to bring the concept of One4all to the UK. Over the past few years the world of gift vouchers has gradually moved from paper based to plastic products and, of course, we are leading that transformation with the One4all Gift Card now being our main product in both the UK and Ireland.
The company continues to go from strength to strength with over 1,000 retail partners on board across the UK and Ireland, representing over 20,000 places to spend. We will continue to innovate and grow to offer the ultimate in choice and convenience to our customers and incremental sales and new revenue streams to our retail and business partners.
