- What makes the One4all Gift Card different from other gift cards?
The One4all Gift Card is a multi store gift card that can be used in a wide range of retail chains and in thousands of their outlets nationwide. This delivers the advantages of choice and convenience to recipients over traditional single chain gift cards.

- I have received an One4all Gift Card, what
do I do next?
The One4all Gift Card can be used in thousands of outlets nationwide. You can go directly to the store or service of your choice and present the gift card at the till. To get a full listing of participating retailers that accept the One4All Gift Card you can visit www.giftvouchershop.co.uk. or pick up a directory free of charge in your local Post Office. The card is available for use within two working days from time of purchase. Please note you must know your balance when presenting the gift card for payment.
- When can I use the card?
The Gift Card will be available for use 2 working days after the date of purchase. Remember to write the date of purchase on the Gift Card Carrier if purchased through the Post Office.
- How can I find out how much is on the card?
The Balance Information number is on the back of the card. Tel: 0845 0822 480 . It is also available online at www.one4allgiftcard.co.uk. and clicking the Gift Card Support Area.
- Can the Gift Card be topped up?
The One4All gift card is a non reloadable card and cannot be topped up.
- Can the retailer give me cash back from the Gift Card?
If the full amount of a Gift Card is not spent then the balance remains on the Gift Card. The retailer cannot provide cash back from the balance on the Gift Card.
- Where are the Gift Card Terms and Conditions?
These can be found on the Terms and Condidions page and in The Gift Card Directory which is available at your local Post Office.
- Will the retailer be able to tell me my balance on the Gift Card?
No. Unfortunately a retailer will not be able to view the balance on a One4All Gift Card. It is advisable that you keep a record as you spend so that you know how much is left on your Gift Card . You can ring the Balance Information number found on the back of the card (Tel: 0845 0822 480 ) or view the balance online by following this link.
- My One4all Gift Card was declined because
I didn't know the correct balance but now I do. Can I still use my gift card?
Yes, if you have enough money on the Gift Card the transaction will go through.
Please note that if you are paying for an item with the One4all Gift Card and paying
the remaining balance in another format, ensure that you advise the store staff
member before providing the Gift Card for payment.
- Do I have to spend the whole amount at once?
If the full balance of the Gift Card is not spent, the outstanding balance remains on your gift card to allow you to spend at any of the Gift Card Retailers until card expiry date. The expiry date is 18 months from the date of purchase, which should be written on your Gift Card Carrier.
- Why was my Gift Card refused?
There may be a few reasons why your Gift Card was refused. The balance on your Gift Card may be less than you thought, or less than the retailer attempted to deduct from your card, the Gift Card could have expired or there may have been an issue with the retailers card processing terminal. To confirm your balance please contact the balance information line on 0845 0822 480 . If the balance on your card is correct and was sufficient to cover the transaction attempted then please contact our Customer Service team on 08700 85 41 41 to investigate further.
- Where is the verification number/CVV2 number located on the card for checking my balance?
The card verification number is used as the password when you wish to check the balance of your gift card online. It is a 3 digit number labeled "CVV2" on the back of the card and it is located on the underneath the magnetic strip on the right hand side of the card. On new cards this number is covered by a label which you must scratch to reveal the number.
- Why is there a fee for re-issuing a gift card?
The administration charges for the re-issue of any expired Gift Card is to cover the cost of postage and packaging and related administration costs.
- What are the advantages of One4all Gift Card?
With the One4All Gift Card you can spend any amount up to the full value of the card in a range of thousands of selected retailers. Your gift card is deducted by the exact amount of purchase and the balance remains on your card, allowing you to use it in a number of different stores. The balance remains on the gift card until the card expires. The One4alll gift card can be redeemed against anything from Fashion outlets, department stores, Home and Garden, Electrical goods to Travel and Hotels, so you can be sure that your recipient will always get what they want!
- Where can I spend my One4all Gift Card?
You can see all the participating retailers listed in our booklet directory which is available at your local Post Office or online at www.giftvouchershop.co.uk. . Please note that the retail listing may change from time to time so always check our most up to date directory.
- Can I spend my sterling gift card in Northern Ireland?
Yes the gift card can be used in participating retailers in Northern Ireland.
- What denominations and minimum/maximum values are One4all gift cards available in?
Our Gift Cards are available in denominations from £10 up to £400 .
- If I order One4all gift cards online, when can I expect to receive delivery of my order?
Orders placed before 11am Monday to Friday will, subject to credit card clearance, be dispatched same day and expected delivery of 2-5 working days when sent by standard post. If the courier option is selected and credit card clearance has been approved orders will be delivered within 48hrs. Orders placed at the weekend and on public holidays will be handled on the next working day. Orders received after 11am Mon-Fri will be despatched the next working day.
- How do Gift Vouchers fit in to the scheme?
The One4all Gift Voucher is being replaced by the One4all Gift Card which has a greater range of retailers and is now fee free at Post Office ® and a fee of £2.90 applies if purchased on internet or by telephone
- Can I place an order online and collect it in the post office?
All orders placed online will be dispatched to the delivery address inputted. Orders placed through the website cannot be collected at the Post Office. Orders placed at the Post Office can be collected immediately.
- What happens if I need a refund from a store when I made a purchase using One4all Gift Card?
Normal retailer policy applies and the store will normally refund you with their own vouchers/card.
- Can I collect my order from your office?
No. Our office is not open to the public for security reasons.
- Can I have my gift card re-issued in the post office?
Unfortunately the post office do not have the facility to re-issue One4all gift Cards.
- What times is customer service available?
Our customer service team are available from 9am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 1.30pm on Saturday.
- I’ve lost my gift card, what is the procedure?
To report a lost or stolen One4All Gift Card please call our Customer Service team immediately on 08700 85 41 41 . If your call is after 5:30pm on weekdays or after 1:30pm on Saturday, then please follow our out of hours messaging service. Please note you must have your card number in order for us to block your card. A re-issue fee of £5 will apply. Until we receive your initial notification you will remain liable for any debit to the Card by the unauthorised use of the lost or stolen Card,
- My gift card has been stolen, what can I do?

- How long is a gift card valid for?
Gift cards are valid for 18 months from the date of issue.
- How often will the list of retailers change?
We do our best to keep our participating retailer listing up to date as much as possible. However from time to time some retailers may join or leave the scheme and we make every effort to release a new booklet directory at the earliest opportunity. The retailer listing online at www.giftvouchershop.co.uk. is updated immediately when changes occur and provides the best source of information on current participating retailers
- Can I change my gift card for cash?
The remaining balance of the Gift Card can be redeemed for cash as per our Terms & Conditions less the standard redemption fee of £7.50 per Gift Card.
